Today, we are going to walk through an instructional video on the field notifications within forms. In this video, we are going to configure an existing form with field notifications and review different field types that have notifications. In the example under forms, we are going to look at the repair form. With these field notifications, we can now control who is notified based on how the form is completed. Currently, you can send a notification based on just the initial form being submitted. However, now, within the fields, you can specify who gets those notifications. For example, on this repair form, you can send a notice to a mechanic, an IT person, or maybe a custodian depending on what needs to be fixed under the type of equipment. To set this up, we will click on the link here to edit the form configuration. Now, within each of these fields, as you hover over and click on the little pencil, you will see the different options for notifications. The fields that have these new options are the select list, multi-option, date, and smart fields for members and schedules. We have a couple of examples of those over here. For instance, let's look under the type of equipment and click on the little pencil. We can see the different options here for computer equipment. Let's say we want to notify our IT guy when that particular selection is made. We will click on "add notifications" and select Herbert's name. So, when a computer equipment option of type is selected, he will get that notification. Similarly, for the building, let's select Dave as our custodian....
